Triple A Training Centre, (HRDF Claimable Training Company Provider) is an executive learning and resource centre offering world class, leading edge programmes from top notch institutions, to senior executives, professionals and enterprising business owners locally and from abroad. All the Training Program and the Workshops conducted by Triple A Training Centre are eligible for HRDF claims, subject to prior application to HRDF by the employers or companies.

Triple A Training has been operating as a professional development centre since 1997. Triple A Training., was established on 28 June 2002, and it provides graduating students, working professionals and corporate organisations the opportunity to continually learn and re-learn in an environment where the hardware and software provisions are all designed to support quality lifelong learning.

What is HRDF?

HRDF ( HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT FUND ) is a scheme to help companies to provide specific training for their staff. The main scheme under Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) is “Skim Bantuan Latihan (SBL). This HRDF scheme provide specialized training grant as an incentive for employers to retrain and upgrade their employees’ skills. Under SBL Scheme, employers are obliged to pay fully the training programme and claim under the scheme. Payment is based on EMPLOYER CLAIM”.For programmes under the SBL Scheme, prior approvals must be obtained from HRDF which reimbursement of allowable training costs is based on the rate of financial assistance as determined by HRDF.  All registered employers with HRDF and has paid the levy for the first month of registration is eligible to apply for this grant.

How To Apply for Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF Claimable Training Company Provider)?

Fill in form PSMB/SBL/1/01 (http://www.hrdf.com.my)
Attach relevant supporting documents:
(1) Quotation for Training/Course Fee
(2) Trainer's biography
(3) Course Contents
(4) Other related documents, where applicable
Submit completed form to PSMB before the commencement of the training. Application forms must reach the PSMB office at least one (1) day before training commences.
Approval or rejection letter will be given within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of application.

How To Claim for Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF Claimable Training Company Provider)?

Attach relevant supporting documents:
(1) Receipts
(2) Payment vouchers
(3) Other related documents, where applicable

      MR T.SEELAN 
      C.A (M), FCCA, FFA

      ACIA specialises in designing and setting up of accounting,internal control and operational systems as well as in performing operational audits. His clients include those in the hospitality, education, manufacturing and service-based industries.

      His working experience includes years at several public accounting firms, a leading hotel in Langkawi and an established manufacturing organisation. He was also attached to a large tax firm for three years. He also acts as a consultant for a number of groups on financial issues.
      Mr. Seelan is also actively involved in the development and implementation of financial and management training programs for various organizations. He has trained accountants and financial advisors in Vietnam, Brunei, Rwanda and Uganda. These programs have produced excellent feedback.
